Job summary

Southern New Hampshire University in Manchester, NH is seeking a part-time Club Dance Coach to instruct students across beginner to advanced levels. This on-site role reports to the Assistant Director of Campus Recreation and requires a high school diploma with at least one year of coaching experience.

You will lead practices, coordinate games and travel, mentor members, and help recruit new dancers while maintaining safety standards and CPR/First Aid certification. Typical shifts are on campus.

Qualifications

• High School diploma and 1 year of coaching experience.
• Experience working and managing a dance team.

Responsibilities

• Coach and instruct the club according to SNHU rules and all applicable associations as set forth by the Sports Club Handbook.
• Conduct all practices and games in a timely and organized manner.
• Mentor all members with increased focus towards helping the executive board accomplish goals.
• Support and recruit new members to participate and join the club.
• Attend all practices and competitions and ensure safety procedures are followed.
