Job summary

Bass Pro Shops is seeking a part-time CLUB Customer Service Outfitter to deliver world-class customer service and promote CLUB memberships at the store level.

Role includes demonstrating products, processing payments, and maintaining an accurate CLUB inventory while supporting various store duties as needed.

Responsibilities

• Proactively greets customers and offers the CLUB Membership or enhanced experiences.
• Processes payments, answers account questions, and handles CLUB applications.
• Demonstrates products and keeps the CLUB Booth clean and organized.
• Provides daily feedback and reports in a timely and accurate manner.
• Supports store operations and offers peer coaching and recognition as a CLUB advocate.
