Job summary

Bass Pro Shops Daytona is seeking a part-time CLUB Customer Service Outfitter to provide world-class service and promote CLUB membership benefits. You will act as a product expert, conduct CLUB processes, and support sales, customer experience, and compliance all while maintaining an organized CLUB booth.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, processing payments, answering questions about CLUB accounts, and delivering a premium member experience with timely feedback to store leadership.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 0–2 years of experience in a customer service environment is preferred.
• Excellent organization, communication (verbal and written), and adaptability are essential.
• Strong self-motivation and ability to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and present CLUB membership opportunities.
• Provide full CLUB Member experience including account servicing and applications.
• Demonstrate products and keep CLUB booth organized and stocked.
• Process payments and CLUB applications accurately and timely.
• Support store operations and meet performance metrics as needed.
