Job summary

Absolute Recomp is seeking a detail-oriented Facilities Team Member to maintain cleanliness across all club areas during morning, midday, and evening shifts. Responsibilities include locker room deep cleaning, floor maintenance, and ensuring safety standards, while delivering friendly member service as part of AR's pillars.

This role requires independent time management, reliability, and a team-first attitude; benefits include free membership and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Custodial, facilities, hospitality, or fitness experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and high personal work standards.
• Ability to work independently and manage time across rotation shifts.
• Team-oriented with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Own the club's cleanliness standard for the entirety of every shift.
• Complete the hourly locker room deep standard in both men's and women's locker rooms: toilets/urinals, showers, sauna, and restock as needed.
• Complete a full locker room clean at the bookend of the shift (first thing in the morning for AM shifts, last hour of the evening for PM shifts).
• Maintain the gym floor, posing room, and all common spaces to AR facility standards throughout the shift.
• Greet every member passed while performing cleaning duties, in line with AR's initiative and create a positive atmosphere.
