Job summary

24 Hour Fitness seeks a Club Attendant to drive member satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and keeping the facility clean and orderly. Responsibilities include cleaning and dusting surfaces, managing supplies, restocking, and assisting with minor repairs under supervision.

The role requires adherence to safety and cleaning protocols and the ability to work independently with attention to detail. Regular travel between areas of the club and collaboration with the Facilities Technician

Qualifications

• Six months of janitorial experience.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to stand, walk, and use hands and arms for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Clean and dust walls, mirrors, countertops, glass, and windows.
• Sweep, mop, scrub, and vacuum all areas including locker rooms.
• Clean and dust weight and cardio equipment.
• Restock supplies and empty garbage and recycling.
• Complete daily and weekly scope of work and special projects.
• Perform cleaning in wet areas where applicable (pool deck, pool, steam room and sauna).
• Perform minor cosmetic repairs on equipment.
• Collaborate with Facilities Technician for maintenance tasks.
• Report maintenance issues via Service Channel.
• Report member complaints to General Manager.
