Job summary

Eastern Carver County Schools is hiring a Club Care Paraprofessional at Clover Ridge Elementary. The role supports K-5 students in after-school care, supervising and engaging children in program activities.

The position runs Monday through Friday, 2:00pm–6:00pm, with a pay range of $19.33–$20.99 per hour. A first aid certification is required, and experience with elementary-aged children is preferred. A pre-employment background check is required.

Qualifications

• Current first aid certification (have or willing to obtain).
• Experience working with elementary aged children.

• Start Date: ASAP
• Position Days/Hours: Monday - Friday; 2:00pm - 6:00pm
• Salary: $19.33/hr. - $20.99/hr. (based on qualifications)
• Responsible To: Club Care Out of School Time Supervisor and Child Care Specialist

• $500 Hiring Bonus: One-time payment upon successful completion of probationary employment period(120 days)
• $250 Referral Bonus

Position Purpose: Independently supervise and engagewith K-5th grade children in the care programs.
