Job summary

Buffalo Launch Club Inc. in New York State is seeking experienced bartenders to join our team and provide exceptional service in a lively club setting.

This role is a tipped position with base hourly pay plus gratuity; you will take orders, mix cocktails, and maintain a clean, inviting bar.

The ideal candidate is energetic, customer-focused, and knowledgeable about mixology, with flexibility for full- or part-time shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED required.
• Experience in food service, hospitality, or bartending preferred.
• Legal age to serve alcohol required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of alcoholic beverages and bar menu items.

Responsibilities

• Take drink orders.
• Confirm patrons are of legal drinking age and follow laws for serving alcohol.
• Collect payment and operate POS, balance cash drawer.
• Order, maintain, and restock bar supplies and ingredients.
• Open/close bar and perform cleaning duties.
