Job summary

Compass Group USA at Audi Field is seeking a CLUB BARBACK to support bartenders during events. You will receive liquor, beer and wine from storeroom daily, replenish bar supplies, set up bottles on the back shelf, stock snacks, and assist with opening/closing side work.

Qualifications

Receives liquor, beer and wine from storeroom daily and replenishes bar as needed.
Sets up bottles on back shelf with top-shelf liquor.
Delivers beverages and garnishes from storerooms to bar area.

Responsibilities

Receives all liquor, beer and wine from storeroom on a daily basis and as needed. Replenishes all liquor, beer and wine as needed in the bar throughout the shift.
Retrieves all needed food items from kitchen and delivers to bar area.
Retrieves beverage items and garnishes from storerooms and delivers to bar area.
Sets up bottles on bar with 'top shelf' liquor on back shelf.
Keeps snacks and napkins stocked, assists in opening/closing side work.
Buses tables in bar area and maintains cleanliness of bar and lounge areas.
