Job Overview

• Hiring immediately for full‑time CLUB ATTENDANT positions.
• Location: United Lounges – O'Hare Airport – United Airlines ORDCS Terminal, Chicago, IL 60666. Online applications accepted only.
• Schedule: Full‑time, 40 hours per week. Flexible availability for 4:00 am, 1:00 pm, and 3:00 pm shifts; weekends and holidays may be required. Details discussed in interview.
• Requirement: Previous bussing/buffet attendant experience, strong customer‑service skills, and a sanitation certificate.
• Pay: $22.00 per hour.

Job Summary

Prepares, presents, and serves food as needed.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform prep work such as washing, peeling, cutting, and seeding fruits and vegetables.
• Weigh and measure designated ingredients.
• Carry pans, kettles, and trays of food to and from work stations, stove, and refrigerator in accordance with safety standards.
• Store food in designated areas following wrapping, dating, food‑safety, and rotation procedures.
• Clean work areas, equipment, and utensils.
• Distribute supplies, utensils, and portable equipment.
• Utilize approved recipes and production standards to ensure proper quality, serving temperatures, and standard portion control.
• Serve customers in a friendly, efficient manner following outlined steps of service.
• Resolve customer concerns and relay relevant information to supervisor.
• Ensure compliance with company service standards, inventory, and cash control procedures.
• Assure compliance with all sanitation and safety requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
