Job summary

JMARK is seeking a Cloud Systems Administrator and Developer II to join the AI Operations team. You will administer AWS resources, develop AI-enabled applications, and build automation to improve reliability and efficiency.

The role blends infrastructure with software development, requiring hands-on coding in Python, API design, and secure deployment practices. You will influence cloud performance and security while collaborating across teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in CS, IS, or related field; 3–4 years of cloud & software dev experience preferred.
• Experience administering AWS cloud environments and building scalable cloud solutions.
• Strong programming skills (Python) and ability to design, develop, and deploy APIs.

Responsibilities

• Provision, configure, and optimize AWS resources (EC2, S3, VPC, RDS, IAM, CloudWatch, Lambda).
• Design, build, and maintain Terraform modules to automate deployments.
• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and AI-enabled features.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for infrastructure and apps.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and mentor junior team members.
• Adhere to security best practices and SDLC processes.
