The ideal candidate will have a TS/SCI clearance, 3+ years in IT support with cloud exposure, and certifications such as Security+, AWS, or Azure. You will work in a hybrid environment, collaborating with the Engineering Systems Administration department.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI security clearance required.
• 3+ years in IT support with a focus on cloud and help desk.
• Strong IT security principles and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with cloud environments (AWS/Azure/OpenStack).

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain customer systems and cloud solutions for uptime.
• Provide technical support to internal and external customers.
• Monitor system performance and security; address issues promptly.
• Update documentation on configurations and procedures.
• Develop and implement IT policies ensuring compliance.
• Collaborate with IT team on new technologies.
• Ensure help desk requests are addressed promptly and accurately.
