Space Dynamics Laboratory in North Logan, UT seeks a Cloud Systems Administrator - Azure to build and sustain Azure GCC High capabilities. This hands-on role administers Windows devices via Intune, with a focus on security hardening and large-scale migration from on-prem infrastructure.

The candidate will support onboarding ~1,800 endpoints and 800 servers and manage a sizable Azure Virtual Desktop footprint, coordinating with cybersecurity teams to enforce CMMC compliance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience administering Windows endpoints in enterprise environments and a bachelor's degree, or 10+ years in lieu of a degree.
• Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Intune (Endpoint Manager).
• Experience managing devices in Microsoft Azure environments (GCC High or Azure Government).
• Strong understanding of Windows OS configuration and endpoint lifecycle management.
• Experience implementing endpoint hardening baselines (CIS, STIG, or similar).
• Experience supporting large‑scale environments (1,000+ endpoints).
• Must be a U.S. citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance.
• Valid CompTIA Security+ certification (or equivalent) is required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.

Space Dynamics Laboratory (SDL) is seeking a Cloud Systems Administrator - Azure to build, implement, and sustain operational capabilities within a Microsoft Azure GCC High environment. This role is focused on hands‑on administration of Windows devices using Microsoft Intune, with an emphasis on security hardening and large‑scale migration from on‑premises infrastructure. The selected candidate will support a significant migration effort, including onboarding approximately 1,800 endpoints, 800 servers, and supporting a large Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) footprint. Candidates at mid‑to‑senior level may be considered depending on experience and ability to operate independently in a build‑out environment. This is an on‑site, non‑remote position in our North Logan, UT location.

Preferred Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience administering Windows endpoints in enterprise environments and a bachelor's degree, or 15+ years in lieu of a degree
• Experience working specifically within Azure GCC High environments
• Experience supporting Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) at scale
• Familiarity with hybrid identity environments (on‑prem AD + Entra ID)
• Experience with large‑scale endpoint or infrastructure migration efforts
• Microsoft certifications related to endpoint management or Azure
• Experience working in regulated environments (CMMC, NIST, DoD)

Salary Range

• $69,000 - $144,000
