Job summary

Quevera is seeking a Cloud Systems Administrator – Linux & Kubernetes in Annapolis Junction, MD, to support mission-critical programs. The role requires hands-on Linux administration, Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation, and Traefik expertise, along with a TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing large Linux environments and Hadoop clusters, a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, and the ability to vet and onboard

Qualifications

• Linux administration experience required.
• Kubernetes experience required.
• Docker experience required.
• Helm charts experience.
• Ansible experience required.
• Knowledge of CloudFormation needed.
• Experience with Terraform.
• Kubernetes and Traefik experience.
• Hadoop cluster management experience.

Responsibilities

• Use SSH to remotely connect to Linux machines.
• Install software in Linux environments using RPM and YUM.
• Gather status information from Linux machines.
• Support vetting and onboarding of DIB companies with CCC Partnerships Team.
• Work with Docker, Kubernetes, and Traefik technologies.
• Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph required.
• Five years of experience managing large Hadoop clusters with relevant certification.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline (or 4 years additional experience).
