Our Service Operations team seeks a dedicated Cloud Support Technician to ensure the smooth operation of our clients' cloud environments. You will provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and deliver excellent customer service while gaining experience in cloud computing and Azure.

What You'll Do
  • Technical Support & Troubleshooting: Monitor, analyze, and resolve incidents in Azure; triage telemetry alerts; install, configure, and administer customer systems; troubleshoot virtual servers and networks; escalate complex issues.
  • Process & Optimization: Review systems and processes; document procedures; promote best practices.
  • Communication & Customer Service: Explain technical issues clearly; interact with clients; provide updates via email, tickets, and calls.
The Skills You'll Need
  • Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of Windows and Linux OS; familiarity with virtual servers and networking; eagerness to learn Azure.
  • Problem Solving & Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze and resolve issues; passion for learning; adaptability in fast environments.
  • Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Excellent verbal and written skills; ability to explain technical concepts; strong customer service; team collaboration.
Qualifications
  • Experience in help desk, systems administration, or related roles.
  • Supporting virtual servers and troubleshooting networks is a plus.
  • Experience in managed services or NOC environments is a plus.
  • Experience reviewing logs and telemetry alerts.

Salary: $50,000 - $65,000 annually
