Job summary

SAIC is seeking a Cloud Strategy Specialist to support cloud foundations and advisory services for the AOUSC CTBIP contract. The role is remote in the United States with occasional travel to Washington, DC, and requires a US work authorization.

The position emphasizes cloud strategy, governance, maturity assessments, and stakeholder engagement to drive cloud adoption decisions for the Judiciary.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of relevant experience.
• Analytical thinking, critical reasoning, professional writing, and strong presentation skills.
• Ability to perform market research and synthesize information for client decision-making.
• Experience with cloud maturity and readiness assessments using industry frameworks.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust.

Responsibilities

• Develop FinOps, cloud strategy, cloud adoption roadmaps, and cloud governance frameworks.
• Establish and lead Cloud Management Office and Cloud Community of Excellence, as well as manage ongoing governance groups.
• Create PowerPoint presentations to synthesize information for clients, enabling informed decision-making about cloud adoption and technologies.
• Conduct cloud maturity and readiness assessments using industry frameworks and models.
• Develop interview guides and lead stakeholder and customer discussions to gather insights and requirements for driving cloud adoption initiatives.
