Your Role

Here's what you will be doing:

• Support the team to ensure system reliability, scalability, and uptime.
• Assist in incident response and root cause analysis to improve system resilience.
• Help monitor and maintain cloud resources to ensure optimal performance and cost efficiency.
• Actively participate in brainstorming sessions, technical discussions, and provide suggestions.
• Participate in automation and continuous process improvement cycles.
• Work alongside senior team members on assigned tasks.

About You

The company is looking for:

• Currently working on a BS degree in a computer-related field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering).
• Familiarity with Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) principles.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and technologies, preferably Google Cloud.
• Familiarity with web technology and DevOps monitoring tools.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices such as CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and orchestration.
• Self-motivated and knows when to seek guidance.
• Capable of working independently as well as part of a team.
• Eagerness to learn new technologies and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and operational support skills.
