Job description

Have an automation mindset with expertise in needed programming/scripting language to automate the provisioning and monitoring multi-cloud infrastructures.

1. Provide development and adoption support of automated CI/CD pipelines in Harness.
2. Provide LaunchDarkly SDK Wrapper engineering support to enable stakeholders to consume the service from applications and pipelines.
3. Mindset of enabling process and collaboration via technology and contribute towards engineering needs of Cloud 2.0.
4. Create and maintain knowledge management documentation.
5. Train/KT sustainment/Operations partners, including new team members across technologies, tools and services used and provided as services to stakeholders.
6. Provide Level 3 support to Operations partners, as requested.
7. Measure and optimize system performance, with an eye towards pushing capabilities forward, getting ahead of customer needs, and innovation for continuous improvement.
8. Depending on capacity, the resource will support improving process and tech stack for existing tools, like Atlantis, to avoid terraform drift, PACE for pre-scaling and shrinking of environment needs etc.
9. Participate in system design consulting, platform management, and capacity planning.

Bachelor's degree or related work experience.
