A community-focused organization seeks a motivated candidate to design and maintain cloud-based solutions with a focus on Microsoft Office 365 and Power Platform technologies. Key responsibilities include collaborating with business partners to understand requirements, establishing design patterns for scalable solutions, and developing documentation and training tools. Candidates should have 3-5 years of experience in a related field, along with education and proficiency in Microsoft technologies. This full-time position is based in Richmond, Virginia.
Goodwill of Central and Coastal Virginia
This position is responsible for designing, developing, deploying and maintaining cloud‑based solutions that support company business processes. Under the leadership of the Director of Data and Platform Architects, you will provide technical expertise to inform architecture decisions relating to cloud‑based technologies and functions. You will maintain awareness of the cloud landscape, with a particular focus on Office 365 and Power Platform applications, to determine optimal and "best‑fit" solutions. You will assist in the creation of design standards, leveraging forward‑thinking technologies while establishing repeatable patterns that increase automation and reduce support efforts. You will serve as an integral member of the Information Technology Data and Platforms Team, partnering with team members in both mentor and mentee capacities to promote knowledge sharing and cross‑training.
The associate in this position does not have any supervisory responsibilities.
