Job summary

Amazon Web Services Professional Services (ProServe) is seeking a Delivery Consultant to join our team in the United States. You will design, implement, and manage AWS solutions for customers, driving success through cloud journeys with best practices and industry insights.

In this role you will architect scalable, secure solutions, gather requirements, and propose migration strategies while serving as a trusted advisor on emerging technologies.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of technical specialist, design and architecture experience.
• 5+ years of database (eg. SQL, NoSQL, Hadoop, Spark, Kafka, Kinesis) experience.
• 7+ years of consulting, design and implementation of serverless distributed solutions experience.
• 5+ years of software development with object oriented language experience.
• 3+ years of cloud based solution (AWS or equivalent), system, network and operating system experience.
• 4+ years of cloud architecture and solution implementation experience.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience architecting and delivering enterprise-scale cloud solutions, with deep expertise in microservices and distributed systems.
• 3+ years of consulting experience working with enterprise customers.
• 5+ years of experience with microservices and distributed systems implementation on cloud and one or more programming languages (Java, Python, Node.js, .NET)

Responsibilities

• Designing and implementing complex, scalable, and secure AWS solutions tailored to customer needs
• Providing technical guidance and troubleshooting support throughout project delivery
• Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and propose effective migration strategies
• Acting as a trusted advisor to customers on industry trends and emerging technologies
• Sharing knowledge within the organization through mentoring, training, and creating reusable artifacts
