Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in cloud engineering or related technical role.
• Active TS/SCI Full Scope Poly security clearance is required.
• Ability to tailor applications to business goals.

Responsibilities

• Support robust and repeatable cloud designs for data manipulation.
• Develop large-scale infrastructure for data ingestion.
• Create visualizations for custom client applications.

Skills

Certification in cloud design or architecture (AWS, Azure, Google)

Experience with cloud compute and storage

Networking and security in cloud environments

Serverless capabilities (AWS Lambda)

SQL or NoSQL databases

Data manipulation tools (AWS Glue)

Machine learning (AWS Sagemaker, Google Vertex AI)

Fluency in modern OOP languages (Python, Typescript, Java)

User administration with IAM technologies

Infrastructure as code (AWS CDK, Terraform)

Ability to present technical work clearly

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Quick learning of new concepts and tools

Education
