Job summary

FinThrive is seeking a Software Engineer to design and develop new features for our healthcare software, and to support and maintain existing products in our Patient to Payment technology suite. You will join a high-energy team that values flexibility in responsibility, schedule, and location.

You will work with modern web technologies, build cloud-based software using CI/CD practices, and contribute to a multi‑million‑dollar revenue claims product.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in software engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience developing software in an Agile environment.
• Strong knowledge of Visual Studio, C#, ASP.NET MVC, ASP.NET, SQL, WebAPI.
• Experience with modern JS/TS frameworks and Angular.
• Familiarity with OOD & design patterns and unit testing frameworks.
• Understanding of CI/CD and automation integration.

Responsibilities

• Develop new features and maintain/enhance existing functionality.
• Maintain an extensible and performant system architecture.
• Perform code reviews and ensure unit test coverage.
• Monitor and fix security vulnerabilities; support automation and productivity.
• Communicate deliverables and hurdles with team and leadership.
• Incorporate new technologies where beneficial.
• Collaborate with support to resolve production issues.
• Provide root cause analysis for defects and update deployment documentation.
