Job summary

KBR is seeking a Cloud Software Engineer to design, build, and deploy cloud-native applications on AWS. You will work with Docker, Kubernetes (EKS), Knative and Helm to deliver scalable, resilient systems and modern DevOps practices.

The role emphasizes CI/CD, GitLab and Argo CD, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive secure, observable, and high-performing software in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience working with AWS cloud services.
• Strong hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes (EKS), Knative and Helm.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps/GitOps tools including GitLab and Argo CD.
• Solid understanding of microservices architecture and distributed systems.
• Experience building and deploying cloud-native applications.

KBR is seeking a highly motivated Cloud Software Engineer to design, build, and deploy modern cloud-native applications and platforms. This role will focus on developing scalable, containerized solutions leveraging AWS, Kubernetes (EKS), and DevOps/GitOps practices to support high-performing, resilient systems.

The ideal candidate has strong experience in cloud infrastructure, container orchestration, and software development, along with a passion for building efficient, maintainable, and production-ready applications.
