Job summary

PGTEK is seeking a Cloud Services Engineer with Morpheus expertise to support enterprise cloud modernization across DISA environments. This role requires US citizenship and an active Secret clearance, with hybrid remote work and up to 50% travel to DISA locations.

You will design, deploy, automate, and secure hybrid cloud infrastructure, leverage VMware and Morpheus, and collaborate with cybersecurity and program teams to deliver scalable DoD-focused solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience supporting enterprise cloud, virtualization, or infrastructure environments.
• Hands-on Morpheus cloud management and orchestration experience.
• Strong VMware vSphere administration experience (ESXi and vCenter).
• Experience with SDN and KMS implementations.
• Knowledge of TCP/IP, routing, switching, VLANs, firewalls, and VPNs.
• Experience in DoD, Federal, or other regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, automate, and support secure hybrid cloud infrastructure.
• Design, implement, and maintain enterprise cloud and virtualization platforms.
• Deploy, administer, and optimize VMware vSphere environments (ESXi, vCenter, HA, DRS, clusters).
• Provision and automate cloud resources using Morpheus.
• Support hybrid cloud environments spanning on‑premises and public cloud.
• Configure and support SDN solutions.
• Automate infrastructure deployments using PowerShell, PowerCLI, Terraform, Ansible, or similar tools.
• Perform infrastructure upgrades, patching, lifecycle management, and capacity planning.
• Troubleshoot complex virtualization, cloud, networking, and infrastructure issues.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and procedures.
• Collaborate with engineering, cybersecurity, and program teams to deliver secure, scalable solutions.
• Ensure compliance with DoD security requirements including NIST, FISMA, and FedRAMP.
