Job summary

General Dynamics Information Technology, Inc. seeks a senior Cloud System Administrator / Integrator to lead cloud integration across on-prem, tactical, and cloud environments for Army missions.

You will implement secure, interoperable architectures aligned with DoD cloud strategies and AC2SP/ALTESS initiatives. Responsibilities include designing hybrid architectures, managing workloads in Azure and OCI, enabling CI/CD pipelines, and enforcing RMF, STIG, and IL2–IL6 compliance while coordinating

• 10+ years of experience in systems administrator, engineering, and integration supporting large-scale system sustainability.
• 5+ years of related DoW, Military, or US Government related experience.
• 8140 / IAT Level II certification (e.g., Security+, CySA+, or GSEC).
• Foundational cloud certification: AWS Cloud Practitioner, Azure Fundamentals, or OCI Foundations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as technical lead for cloud integration and system administration across AC2SP, Azure, OCI, and related cloud environments supporting Army missions.
• Develop and maintain cloud system architecture artifacts (cloud reference architectures, data flow diagrams, ICDs).
• Lead integration of geospatial platforms (ArcGIS Enterprise) into cloud-hosted and hybrid environments.
• Configure and manage VMs, containers, and platform services in Azure/OCI.
• Identity and access management (IAM) in Azure AD and OCI RBAC.
• Networking in the cloud (VNets, subnets, gateways, hybrid connectivity).
• Support cloud landing zone implementation and sustainment for Army and DoW environments.
• Implement IaC using Terraform, ARM templates, OCI Terraform-based.
• PowerShell and REST API integrations for orchestration, diagnostics, and governance.
• Ensure RMF, STIGs, and Cloud SRG IL2–IL6 compliance.
• Provide input for Army cloud migration planning and execution.
• Deliver executive-level updates on progress, risks, and readiness.
• Operate under time-sensitive conditions with executive-ready briefings.

You will leadcloud integration and system administrationefforts across on-prem, tactical, and cloud-hosted environments, ensuring secure, scalable, and mission-ready architectures aligned withArmy and DoW cloud strategies, including AC2SP/ALTESS and relevant DoW cloud initiatives.

What You’ll Do:

• Leadcloud-focused integration and system administrationacross AC2SP/ALTESS-aligned environments, supporting Armycloud migration, modernization, and convergenceinitiatives

Key Responsibilities:

• Implementautomation and Infrastructure as Code (IaC)using tools such as:
