Job summary

B&A seeks a Cloud Computing Specialist (CCS) – SME to support DLA IOEE/IOSEE in Fort Belvoir, Virginia. Anticipated award late 2026 with a base year plus options; salary range $125,000–$195,000, contingent on experience, clearance, and funding.

The role requires five years of C&A experience, RMF/NIST proficiency, and an active DoD Secret clearance. Strong cloud security expertise and DoD IA background are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Five (5) years of Certification and Accreditation (C&A) experience.
• Experience with the Risk Management Framework (RMF) and NIST Certification & Accreditation (C&A).
• Experience with DoD Information Assurance (IA).
• Experience assessing IA controls and conducting C&A reviews for large, complex information systems.

Responsibilities

• Serves as an Information Assurance and Cloud computing SME with regards to Certification and Accreditation (C&A) and a broad coverage of the NIST RMF standards (SP 800-53/800-37).
• Possesses the ability to work independently with substantial cloud computing security knowledge.
• Identify, manage and resolve cloud computing security risk and implement best practices across deployment models.
