Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking an Information Security Risk Specialist to translate complex cyber risks into actionable plans. You will work with senior leaders to identify risks in AWS GovCloud, assess control inheritance, and guide tenants through action plans with milestones.

You will collaborate with cloud architects, GRC, and security teams to ensure security controls are repeatable and understood by stakeholders, while expanding your cloud-security expertise across IL5 environments and IaC

Qualifications

• Must have 5+ years securing, hardening, and remediating security in AWS GovCloud.
• Experience with DoD security controls and cloud security frameworks (e.g., NIST 800-171, FedRAMP).
• Ability to translate policy to senior stakeholders and operations teams.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior leaders to identify cyber risks and develop mitigation plans.
• Review tenant details to assess threat landscape and guide action plans with milestones and presentations.
• Work with cloud, security, GRC, networking, and tenant teams to implement repeatable security controls.
