Job summary

Global Payments is a Fortune 500 payments technology company seeking an Internal Audit professional to join our risk-focused team. The role centers on delivering IT and information security audits across major cloud provider environments and internal processes.

You will assess technology risks, design tests, and work with management to strengthen controls while advancing in a global, collaborative culture.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of relevant audit and/or risk management experience.
• Familiarity with control frameworks (COBIT, FFIEC, PCI DSS, ISO27001, Sarbanes-Oxley).
• Knowledge of information technology and information security principles.
• Experience with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support controls testing for risk-based audits and assists the project team throughout the audit lifecycle.
• Evaluate IT and information security controls across on-premise and cloud environments.
• Document work papers consistently and ensure remediation validation is completed.
• Build Internal Audit’s brand within the company and collaborate with management to improve controls.
