Job summary

Jefferson Health is seeking an experienced Cloud Governance and Security Leader to drive governance and posture management across Azure and Microsoft 365. You will design policies, standards, and baselines, and partner with cloud engineering to enforce secure configurations and remediate findings.

You will oversee risk assessments, report progress to leadership, mentor GRC analysts, and build dashboards to communicate compliance metrics to senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field or equivalent experience.
• 7 years of related work experience in cloud security/GRC.
• Certifications preferred (e.g., cloud security, risk management).

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement cloud governance and security posture across Azure and Microsoft 365.
• Design and maintain cloud policies, standards, and baseline configurations.
• Lead risk assessments and report cloud compliance progress to leadership.
• Spearhead remediation coordination with cloud engineering and verify actions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate governance into operations.
• Mentor GRC analysts and develop dashboards to measure compliance.
