Job summary

Saronic Technologies is seeking a Security Engineer to own cloud security posture for autonomous fleets across AWS and AWS GovCloud. You will design secure-by-default patterns, automate guardrails, and drive remediation with cross-functional teams to ship secure software rapidly.

You’ll implement CSPM, secret management, least privilege IAM, and cloud-native detections while collaborating with Product, Infrastructure, and IT. This role requires strong engineering discipline and a U.S.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on cloud security or DevSecOps.
• Expertise with AWS IAM, Config, GuardDuty, CloudTrail, KMS, VPC.
• Experience building guardrails and policy-as-code.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Own CSPM across cloud accounts and drive remediation with teams.
• Run cloud vulnerability management and prioritize by attack-path.
• Build reusable guardrails and automate secure-by-default patterns.
• Design least-privilege IAM across accounts and workloads.
• Develop cloud detections and support SOC investigations.
