Job summary

A leading consulting firm in Alpharetta is seeking an experienced Cloud Security Engineer to enhance their cloud infrastructure security. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in cloud and DevSecOps and a strong understanding of Cloud Service Providers like GCP, AWS, or Azure. The role involves designing security product integrations, maintaining CI/CD pipelines, and conducting security assessments. Strong communication skills are crucial in conveying security concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in cloud and DevSecOps.
• In-depth knowledge of any one CSP (AWS/Azure/GCP) – GCP preferred.
• Deep knowledge of Landing Zone, furnishing with Terraform.
• Good understanding of Kubernetes (EKS, AKS, GKE).
• Proficient with CI/CD technologies.
• Strong understanding of network security concepts.
• Ability to automate with programming/scripting (Python/Go).
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement product integration to secure cloud infrastructure.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance CI/CD pipeline.
• Establish and maintain security monitoring coverage.
• Conduct security assessments and vulnerability scans.
• Work closely with partner teams during implementation.
