Nex Gen Technologies LLC is seeking a Cloud Security Engineer to join our CNAPP-focused team. You will troubleshoot security issues, support cloud workloads, and help implement agent-based deployments across multi-cloud environments.

Cloud Security Engineer (Nex-Gen Technologies LLC)

We are hiring a skilled Cloud Security Engineer to join our team for our Cloud-native application protection platform (CNAPP). The Cloud Support Engineer will be responsible for troubleshooting and providing technical support.

Experience (min. 3 Years)

• Good experience working in a public cloud platform (Azure/GCP/AWS/Hybrid)
• Good experience in Server Management / Group policies (GPO) / Active Directory (AD)
• Experience supporting securing business applications and cloud workloads across public, private or cloud infrastructures
• Experience with Agent-based Deployment (Installation/Implementation)
• Experience supporting security application solutions such as Adaptive Shield, Wiz, Lacework, Prisma Cloud Compute (advantage)
• Specialized knowledge of container security including Kubernetes security in multi-cloud
• Assistance with development, maintenance, and utilization of scripts (Python, Bash, PowerShell, etc.) to support
• Knowledge of security controls, configuration management, and vulnerability management in public cloud
• Experience with security toolsets and technologies (SIEM, vulnerability management, WAF, HIDS/NIDS, FIM, EDR, Firewalls/Security groups)
• Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills
• Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field
