Job summary

Deloitte’s Government & Public Services (GPS) practice seeks a PROJECT - Lead Security Engineer II for the Enterprise Security team in the United States. You will support cybersecurity operations for the Client's program, administering tools for continuous monitoring, vulnerability management, and log analysis to support security operations.

You will contribute to cloud solutions for a large federal health agency, drive architecture patterns, establish secure cloud environments, and deploy

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in cloud/architect roles, AI architecture, product launches, and detailed system design.
• Ability to obtain necessary security clearance.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% as required by client engagements.

Responsibilities

• Support cybersecurity operations for client programs using monitoring, vulnerability management, log analysis, and SOC services.
• Contribute to cloud solution development for federal health programs with rapid, secure deployments.

Work You’ll Do

As a PROJECT - Lead Security Engineer II on the Enterprise Security team, you will support cybersecurity operations for the Client's program by administering and sustaining tools used for continuous monitoring, vulnerability management, log analysis, and security operations support.

The cloud security engineer would be part of our team developing cloud solutions for a program delivering rapid, innovative, and custom solutions for a large federal health agency.

You will be tactically driving implementation of architectural design patterns, standing up shared cloud environments, and establishing technical security software for use by applications in a secure environment.

Qualifications

Required:

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

Ability to obtain the necessary clearance.

Ability to travel 25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve

2+ years of the following experience:
