Job summary

Northern Base is seeking a Cloud Security Consultant for onsite work in Addison, TX. This full-time role requires 8–10 years of cloud security experience and hands-on expertise with AWS, Azure, and GCP security tools and governance.

The ideal candidate will drive risk assessments, establish security controls, and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure compliant cloud deployments. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred, with relevant certifications highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in CS, IS, or related field.
• 8–10 years of cloud security experience.
• Experience with multi-cloud governance and security approvals.
• Certifications such as AWS, Azure, GCP, CISSP, or CCSP are a plus.
• Strong analytical and stakeholder communication skills.

• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and enterprise security standards
• Relevant certifications such as AWS, Azure, GCP, CISSP, or CCSP
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills

Education:

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field preferred.
