Job summary

Google Cloud seeks a Security Advisor to lead enterprise security transformations across North America and Latin America, guiding organizations to mature their Security Operations with SIEM and SOAR, leveraging AI for detection, investigation, and response.

You will partner with security leaders to accelerate adoption, design multi-cloud threat visibility, and deliver measurable risk reduction. Fluent English and Spanish are required for stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 7 years of experience architecting, developing, or maintaining secure cloud solutions.
• Experience with Java, C++, or Python.
• Experience in SecOps product offerings (SIEM, SOAR) and cybersecurity vendor space.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Manage Tier 1 accounts, onboarding and post-onboarding as trusted advisor.
• Lead detection engineering and design SOAR automation workflows.
• Architect multi-cloud ingestion plans (e.g., GCP) for unified threat visibility.
• Guide clients to adopt security capabilities using generative AI and SOC workflows.
• Maintain expertise on Google SecOps, GTI, CSPM tooling, and GCP architecture.
