Job summary

Jobtailor in the United States seeks an experienced Agile Project Manager to lead Scrum ceremonies, coordinate cross-functional cloud operations initiatives, and drive governance and dashboard reporting.

You will work with Cloud Operations, Engineering, Architecture teams and stakeholders, maintaining sprint artifacts, risk logs, and status updates while promoting best practices across technical teams.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Agile project management, Scrum delivery, or operational coordination.
• Experience with project management, ticketing, collaboration, and work tracking tools.
• Strong understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
• Deep knowledge of Agile frameworks including Scrum and Kanban.
• Experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, Backlog Refinement).
• Experience tracking project progress, risks, issues, dependencies, and operational priorities.
• Strong communication, stakeholder coordination, and documentation skills.
• Cloud certifications such as AWS, Azure, Google Cloud.
• Experience supporting cloud operations, cloud engineering, or cloud architecture teams.
• Experience preparing dashboards, status reports, sprint metrics, and governance presentations.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and backlog refinement
• Coordinate project activities, operational requests, maintenance efforts, and cloud service improvements
• Monitor sprint progress, work completion, dependencies, risks, and project milestones
• Collaborate with Cloud Operations, Engineering, Architecture teams, vendors, and business stakeholders
• Support business analysis activities, requirements documentation, and project planning
• Maintain project documentation, sprint artifacts, dashboards, risk logs, meeting notes, and status reports
• Prepare leadership updates, governance presentations, and operational metrics
• Promote Agile best practices and improve collaboration across technical teams
