Job summary

QUANTUM TECHNOLOGIES LLC seeks an experienced Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM Consultant for the Utilities sector. 5–7 years overall, with at least 2 years implementing Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM in Utilities. You will advise clients, design industry-specific solutions, and lead deployments and optimization of SCM systems.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, configure modules, create training materials, and ensure seamless integrations with ERP and Finance systems within Utilities organizations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Supply Chain, or related discipline.
• 5-7 years of experience implementing and supporting Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM modules.
• At least 2 years in Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM implementation within Utilities industry.

Responsibilities

• Lead Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM implementation and upgrade projects in Utilities sector from requirements through deployment and support.
• Analyze business processes with Utilities clients and translate into Oracle Fusion SCM solutions.
• Configure and customize SCM modules (Inventory, Procurement, Order Management, Product Hub, Manufacturing, Planning) for Utilities needs.
• Facilitate workshops to gather needs and resolve project issues.
• Develop functional specs, test scripts, user docs, and training materials focused on Utilities processes.
• Ensure integrations with ERP, Finance, and third-party systems are seamless and compliant for Utilities.

Job description

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM ( Supply Chain Management) Consultant with 5-7 years of overall experience and at least 2 years of Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM implementation experience within the utilities industry.

The ideal candidate will possess deep knowledge of Oracle Cloud SCM modules, hands-on implementation skills, and a proven track record supporting Utilities sector clients.

You will be responsible for advising clients, designing industry-specific solutions, and ensuring the successful deployment and optimization of Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM systems for Utilities organizations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and participate in Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM implementation and upgrade projects within the Utilities sector, from requirements gathering through deployment and support.
• Collaborate with Utilities clients and stakeholders to analyze business processes, challenges, and requirements, translating them into effective Oracle Fusion SCM solutions.
• Configure and customize Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM modules, including—but not limited to—Inventory, Procurement, Order Management, Product Hub, Manufacturing, and Planning, tailored to Utilities industry requirements.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather business needs, demonstrate proposed solutions, and resolve project-related issues for Utilities clients.
• Develop functional specifications, test scripts, user documentation, and training materials with a focus on Utilities-specific processes.
• Work closely with technical teams to ensure integrations with other business applications (ERP, Finance, third-party systems) are seamless and compliant with Utilities industry standards.
• Provide ongoing post-implementation support, issue resolution, and process enhancement for Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM solutions in the Utilities sector.
• Remain current on the latest Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM features, releases, Utilities industry best practices, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Supply Chain , or related discipline.
• 5-7 years of experience implementing and supporting Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM modules.
• At least 2 years of Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM implementation experience within the Utilities industry is mandatory.
• Deep expertise in at least two Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM modules (e.g., Inventory, Purchasing, Order Management, Product Hub, Manufacturing, Procurement), with practical Utilities industry application.
• Proven track record of at least two end-to-end Oracle Fusion SCM implementations, with demonstrated Utilities sector projects.
• Strong understanding of Utilities business processes, compliance, and reporting requirements as they pertain to supply chain operations.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud architecture, security, workflows, and integrations.
• Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and related middleware tools is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical problem- solving skills.
• Oracle Cloud SCM certifications and/or Utilities industry certifications are highly desirable.
