Qualifications

• 7+ years designing, building, and operating cloud-native systems.
• Experience running Kubernetes in production and multi-tenant systems.
• Ownership of CI/CD, observability, and service reliability.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and operation of distributed, scalable cloud services processing petabytes weekly.
• Provide technical direction across frontend, backend, and data layers.
• Mentor engineers and drive reliability, incident response, and root cause analysis.
• Establish engineering standards through design and code reviews, patterns, best practices, and coaching.
• Align team execution with product strategy and delivery commitments, removing technical friction.
• Onboard workloads to the platform and optimize capacity while balancing reliability and cost.
