Job summary

CTC is seeking an experienced Modern Web Application Solution Architect to define end-to-end architectures for enterprise web applications. You will translate business requirements into practical designs, establish component boundaries, APIs, and data flows, and guide teams on modern web patterns and deployment architectures.

Qualifications

• Significant experience designing and delivering enterprise-scale applications in leadership roles.
• Strong understanding of modern web application architecture and software engineering practices.
• Strong understanding of Node.js application and API architectures.
• Experience with REST APIs, distributed systems, and service-oriented or microservices architectures.
• Experience designing for containerized environments using Docker, Kubernetes, or comparable technologies.
• Strong understanding of application security, identity, authentication, authorization, CI/CD, and modern software delivery practices.
• Ability to work across multiple technical organizations and communicate effectively with engineering teams, architects, technology leaders, and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Define end-to-end solution architecture for modern enterprise web applications.
• Translate business, functional, and non-functional requirements into practical architectures and designs.
• Define application boundaries, components, services, APIs, integrations, data flows, and deployment architectures.
• Define patterns for client-side rendering, server-side rendering, and other modern web approaches.
• Lead architecture reviews and Collaborate with enterprise architects, application teams, security, DevSecOps, and infrastructure teams.
• Ensure patterns address latency, failure handling, retries, timeouts, and resilience.
