This internship prepares students for a potential full-time career with IBM Consulting upon graduation, with exposure to software engineering, cloud technologies, AI, DevOps, Agile, and enterprise application development across multiple industries.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in CS/Software Eng or related field.
• Interest in software development, cloud technologies, AI, automation.
• Familiar with at least one language (Java, Python, JavaScript, C#, C++).
• Basic understanding of OOP, algorithms, data structures, APIs, databases.
• Experience from coursework, projects, hackathons, clubs, or internships.

Responsibilities

• Support healthcare, financial services, public sector client projects to modernize applications and adopt cloud technologies.
• Learn from experienced professionals while delivering code and participating in reviews.
• Contribute to solution design and documentation under guidance.
• Develop cloud-native and full-stack applications using Microsoft technologies and related databases, APIs, and UI frameworks.
• Collaborate across teams and communicate effectively on project delivery.
