A cloud-native engineering partner located in the United States is seeking a Cloud Native Platform Engineer to design cloud solutions involving infrastructure as code, CI/CD, and containerization. The ideal candidate has advanced Kubernetes experience and strong Dutch and English communication skills. You’ll design solutions for complex challenges, covering infrastructure as code, containerization, observability, and deployment procedures. You make architectural decisions with confidence and can explain and defend them clearly.

Beyond hands‑on implementation, you collaborate with architects, software engineers, and leadership. You share best practices and lessons learned so we arrive at the most fitting cloud‑native solutions together.

Requirements

• Advanced, admin‑level experience with Kubernetes in production
• Understanding of software engineering best practices and patterns
• Experience with CI/CD
• Experience with infrastructure provisioning
• Practical experience with apublic cloud
• Understanding of distributed systems, including containerized microservices and scalable web apps
• Strong Dutch and English communication skills (French is a plus)
• Based in Belgium
• A software development background is considered a strong plus.
