Job summary

Group 1001 is seeking a seasoned Full Stack Engineer focused on AWS cloud-native development. The role involves designing, building, and maintaining scalable web apps deployed on AWS, with strong emphasis on CI/CD, containerization, and secure, robust deployments.

You will collaborate with product managers and Platform Engineers to deliver high-quality solutions, leveraging Terraform for IaC and CloudSmith for artifact management. Bachelor's degree required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Experience with backend frameworks (NestJS/Node.js) and frontend (Angular/React).
• Extensive AWS experience (ECS, EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, IAM, CloudWatch).
• Proven ability to implement CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI/CD).
• Familiarity with containerization (Docker) and Terraform for IaC.
• Experience with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and relational databases (PostgreSQL).
• Proficient with Git and GitLab workflows, and identity management (Azure AD).

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain cloud-native full-stack web apps on AWS.
• Build and manage AWS services (ECS, EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS).
• Containerize apps with Docker; support VM-based apps as needed.
• Implement and maintain IaC with Terraform.
• Design and manage CI/CD pipelines using GitLab CI/CD.
• Manage artifact repositories with CloudSmith.
• Integrate with Enterprise IdP (Microsoft Entra ID/Azure AD).
• Ensure security, reliability, and performance improvements.
• Troubleshoot across frontend to cloud infrastructure.
• Stay current with AWS services and DevOps practices.
