Booz Allen Hamilton seeks a Vectra AI Cloud-Native Engineer to design and optimize cloud-native integrations across AWS, Azure, and GCP. You will build scalable data pipelines and microservices for metadata and alert processing, with IaC for repeatable deployments.

The role emphasizes security analytics, high availability, and seamless SIEM/SOAR integrations, with strong emphasis on telemetry and distributed systems.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience engineering cloud architecture across AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Experience building distributed systems, microservices, and API-driven pipelines
• Experience with Network Detection and Response (NDR) platforms such as Corelight, Stellar, Cortex, Falcon, or RevealX
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation, or Puppet
• Knowledge of cloud networking, traffic mirroring, logging, and telemetry flows
• Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam
• Educational background per DoD/IT certifications requirements (HS/AD, Associate/Bachelor/Master depending on path) and ability to obtain DoD 8570 certifications within listed timelines

Responsibilities

• Architect and deploy Vectra AI Detect and Recall integrations within cloud environments using managed services, container orchestration platforms, and serverless compute
• Build and maintain scalable cloud-native data ingestion pipelines leveraging services
• Develop microservices for metadata ingestion, enrichment, and alert processing
• Integrate Vectra AI with cloud SIEM and SOAR systems, identity platforms, Zero Trust controls, and cloud logging pipelines
• Implement IaC, including Terraform or CloudFormation, for repeatable deployment of cloud Vectra AI components
• Optimize cloud workloads for performance, security, and resiliency
• Build dashboards, runbooks, automation scripts, and monitoring strategies for cloud environments
