Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in CS or related field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of professional Java development.
• 2+ years with Spring and Spring Boot.
• 2+ years backend software engineering experience.
• 1+ years using AI tools to boost productivity.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to designs and implementations in a CI/CD development team.
• Develop cloud-native microservices deployed on Kubernetes.
• Ensure services are reliable, scalable, secure, and maintainable.
• Improve Webex telemetry systems for analytics and observability.
• Apply human judgment to validate AI-generated content for quality and compliance.
• Gatekeeper for high-quality code and architecture decisions.
• Coordinate with product teams to align architectural decisions.
