Job summary

Quantum Technologies LLC is seeking professionals to lead enterprise cloud migration projects, migrating VMs and databases (Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL) and workloads, with support for Windows and Linux. You will enable real-time visibility into performance and security posture and integrate with existing IT management tools.

• Experience gathering requirements and converting to architecture/design documents.
• Ability to integrate with current District technology tools for patch management, security, and monitoring.
• Experience with gap analysis, current/future state documentation.
• Direct experience deploying enterprise-grade cloud migration solutions.
• Knowledge of industry standards and best practices.
• Strong communication, organization, and consensus-building skills.
• Experience in multi-project/program environments.
• BS/BA in IT or related discipline.
• Experience with public sector/education preferred.

• Design and deploy cloud landing zone architecture.
• Implement migration tooling and automation (IaC, CI/CD pipelines).
• Support network environment transition and changes.
• Execute migration in phases (rehost, replatform, refactor).
• Provide training and knowledge transfer to staff.
• Post-migration stabilization and support for ongoing operations.
