Job description

Software Requirements

• Migration of virtual machines and databases (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL) and workloads.
• Support for Windows and Linux.
• Real-time visibility into performance and security posture.
• Integration with existing IT management tools and workflows.
• End-to-end transaction tracing, diagnostics, and topology visualization.
• Proactive alerting, analytics, and reporting.
• Security and compliance features (IAM, encryption, audit logging).

Professional Services Requirements

• Conduct discovery and assessment of current infrastructure (compute, storage, network, applications).
• Develop migration strategy, including inventory, wave planning, and cost analysis.
• Design and deploy cloud landing zone architecture.
• Implement migration tooling and automation (e.g., Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD pipelines).
• Support network environment transition and changes.
• Execute migration in phases (rehost, replatform, refactor as needed).
• Provide training and knowledge transfer to staff.
• Post-migration stabilization and support for ongoing operations.
