Amazon Web Services, Inc. is seeking an Engagement Manager to lead delivery of complex cloud solution projects within the ProServe team.

You will blend technical credibility with strong leadership to guide AWS-based implementations and ensure outcomes align with customer goals. Responsibilities include guiding technical decisions, bridging business requirements with technical solutions, and managing risks across cross-functional teams.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
• 3+ years of cloud computing experience.
• Experience as Scrum Master or Product Owner across multiple cross-functional teams.

Responsabilidades

• Leading and managing complex cloud migration and implementation projects.
• Guiding technical decisions using AWS services, architectures and best practices.
• Bridging business requirements with technical solutions and ensuring alignment with customer outcomes.
• Distilling customer needs into technical requirements mapped to business outcomes.
• Decomposing complex technical problems into actionable deliverables.
• Contributing to technical documentation and defining documentation standards.
