Job summary

PwC is seeking a Managed Services IT Asset Management (ITAM) Manager to lead cloud infrastructure design, optimization, and service delivery for clients. You will manage teams, mentor staff, and drive strategic planning to ensure high availability across AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform.

Responsibilities include overseeing cloud operations, implementing best practices, and collaborating with stakeholders to meet client expectations, all while upholding PwC's standards and values.

Qualifications

• At least a Bachelor's degree.
• At least 5 years of experience.

• Monitoring and troubleshooting cloud services to address issues promptly and maintain service excellence.

• Leading teams in strategic planning and execution of cloud migration and optimization projects.
• Utilizing technical proficiency in AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform to drive cloud strategy and service delivery.
• Coaching and mentoring team members to develop skills and deliver quality outcomes.
• Analyzing system interactions to identify opportunities for infrastructure performance improvement.
• Collaborating with stakeholders to address conflicts and engage in critical conversations.
• Upholding professional and technical standards, including compliance with cloud regulations and guidelines.
