iCapital is seeking a Vice President of Platform Infrastructure Architecture to lead the evolution of architecture standards. This role requires 8+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure, specifically in Kubernetes and AWS environments.
The ideal candidate will work hands-on to validate designs and ensure scalable, secure platform capabilities while collaborating with engineering and product teams.
Compensation includes a base salary range of $130,000 to $160,000, equity, and comprehensive benefits.
The Platform Infrastructure team at iCapital is responsible for designing, standardizing, and evolving the core infrastructure that powers our global technology stack.
As Vice President, Platform Infrastructure Architecture, you will serve as a senior individual contributor architect, helping define and evolve the technical standards that underpin our Kubernetes platforms, cloud networking, edge services, and API access patterns.
This role is architecture‑first, with regular hands‑on involvement to validate designs through reference implementations and proof‑of‑concept project work. You will work closely with Platform Infrastructure engineers and application teams to ensure that platform capabilities are scalable, secure, and consistent across regions, while remaining practical to operate.
The base salary range for this role is $130,000 to $160,000 depending on level. iCapital offers a compensation package which includes salary, equity for all full‑time employees, and an annual performance bonus.
