Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or equivalent experience.
• Certifications such as AZ-500, MS-500, MS-700, AZ-104, or SC-400 or equivalent.
• Minimum of five years in Information Technology.
• Experience in cloud administration with Azure and SaaS applications.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Support core hours 8am–5pm EST and travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Manage, monitor, and optimize cloud environments for performance and scalability.
• Ensure security and compliance across cloud resources.
• Perform backups and disaster recovery planning.
• Provide technical support for cloud apps and services and train users as needed.
