Job summary

MegazoneCloud US is hiring Cloud Engineers in the City of Rochester, NY. The role involves designing secure, high-availability cloud environments across platforms like AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud. Candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree and 3–6 years of relevant experience, including cloud certifications. A commitment to continuous learning and diverse perspectives is essential. Compensation ranges from $110K to $140K annually.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years experience in cloud solutions on at least one CSP (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Proficiency with Terraform or equivalent IaC tool and a one scripting language.
• Working knowledge of container runtime fundamentals.
• Experience building CI/CD pipelines and integrating DevSecOps controls.
• Familiarity with monitoring/observability stacks and incident-management processes.
• Cloud certifications on at least one CSP (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Experience with serverless services and event-driven architectures.
• Knowledge of compliance frameworks and security hardening.

Responsibilities

• Implement landing zones, VPC/VNet networking, IAM, and security baselines.
• Provision and configure compute, storage, and database services using IaC.
• Develop and maintain pipeline automation for app and infrastructure deployments.
• Design and package applications with latest containerization and orchestration.
• Configure logging, metrics, tracing, and alerting - apply SRE practices.
• Produce cost-and-capacity reports with FinOps tooling.
